Seminars are held in the form of psychoeducation, discussions and group work, during which not only numerous methods of building self-confidence are discussed, but also methods of effective communication and building relationships.
We work on automatic thoughts that affect our ability to cope with stressful situations.
Because of the lack of boundaries, not only the psyche suffers, but also the body. When a child does not take his side, the body begins to object and say no: it shows stress and overexertion in the form of various health problems. Examples of body reactions include abdominal pain, hair loss, skin problems, autoimmune diseases, chronic stress, or problems with the digestive system. Giving up your needs, giving up your emotions, and making regular self-sacrifices for others also pose a high risk of anxiety and depressive disorders.
We encourage young people to regain their voice, which will allow them to take care of their needs. We show that what they feel and think is important.
Participants work on automatic thoughts, internal critic and a tendency to ask others at your own expense. Together, we refute cognitive biases to build stable self-esteem.
