Social skills training (TUS) is a form of group therapy, wspierająca rozwój emocjonalny i społeczny dzieci. Dla każdego dziecka, ale również, gdy zauważysz, że Twoje dziecko:

he retreats, feels ashamed, doesn't find himself in a group
he refuses to participate in group activities
he is afraid of problems, he gives up the fear of failure
he can't make friends, initiate conversations
he doesn't have an opinion, he lets his boundaries push, he doesn't react, when he is harmed
he has difficulty recognizing, expressing, and regulating emotions
he has difficulty following rules, doesn't listen to commands
he has low self-esteem, doesn't believe in himself
he feels overly stressed
he is explosive, aggressive

Children are selected in groups based on their age and level of social and emotional skills. Social Skills Training (TUS) is a form of group therapythat supports children’s emotional and social development. During classes, children learn m.in. how to recognize and identify the emotions of yourself and others, how to build relationships with peers, and how to deal with stress in social situations. This is a form of support that is carried out through games and exercises in groups. Through training, children learn proper social behavior,which can then lead to situations that arise in their daily lives.

Zajęcia są prowadzone w out of interactive scenes, so that each of the participants takes an active part in them - and the degree of involvement and activity is selected individually. We respect the opinion of children, their nature and capabilities.
