For parents of preschool children (3–6 years old), who:
* notice difficulties in concentration, excessive irritability or sudden outbursts of emotions in their children,
* want to better understand their child's sensory needs,
* want to support the child in everyday coping with overstimulation,
* want to take care of the emotional balance of the child and family.

* Workshop in a group (10-15 people),
* Conducted by a child psychologist,
* Duration: 1.5-2 hours,
* Materials for participants: cards, notes, list of helpful techniques.

For an additional PLN 49, you can bring your child, who will be
taking part in Sensory Integration workshops or social and emotional skills training classes in the next room.
WHAT DO WE DISCUSS DURING THE WORKSHOP?
1. What is overstimulation in a child?
We explain the phenomenon of overstimulation and the difference between overstimulation and fatigue.
2. How to recognize overstimulation? - behaviors, signals, symptoms
Practical examples: crying, avoiding contact, outbursts of anger, "tense body".
3. Why do children overstimulate? - the influence of the environment, emotions and sensory development
A short introduction to the processing of stimuli in young children.
4. High sensitivity, neurotypicality and temperament - how does it affect the child's reactions?
Discussion of individual differences and "tension" in children.
5. Everyday life as a source of overstimulation – home, kindergarten, screen, noise, relationships
Identification of everyday traps.
6. How to react in a situation of overstimulation? – immediate and supportive strategies
Specific regulation techniques: space, silence, hug, presence.
7. How to prevent overstimulation? – daily rhythm, hygiene of stimuli, time without screens
Organizational tips for the family.
8. How to support yourself as a parent of an overstimulated child?
Parent resources – boundaries, rest, support, understanding.
