Smyko-Multisensorika®

These are the only sensory classes whose program was created on the basis of assumptions of the theory of sensory integration by an experienced educator and sensory integration therapist. All instructors are trained by the creator herself, Aleksandra Charezińska. We welcome all children, especially those at risk of sensory integration disorders, such as:
  • high-risk pregnancy (min. in vitro, at risk),
  • perinatal anomalies, delivery by caesarean section or prematurity,
  • muscle tone disorders (decrease or increase in muscle tone, asymmetry)
  • , late achievement of milestones in development,
  • children with "High Need Baby" (sleep little and wake up often, find it difficult to fall asleep, cry a lot, want to wear clothes all the time, or avoid physical contact)
  • children with hypersensitivity to stimuli

What therapies can you expect from Smyko-Multisensorics®classes
that are not available in daycare centers and kindergartens every day?

  1. Narrow sensory tunnels – exercise of proprioception, deep sensation.

  2. Therapeutic touch panelsmade from natural materials such as Himalayan salt, branches, rocks, or artificial grass that stimulate deep feeling more than rubber or plastic panels.

  3. Wooden massagers with 10 different textures, used during relaxing and calming exercises that simultaneously stimulate deep sensation and relaxation. they reduce tension in the body.

  4. Rotating cones – vestibular stimulation. promotes hand-eye coordination, affects the stimulation of deep sensations, increases awareness of one’s own body and the ability to balance.

  5. An equivalent track and balance board-supports great motor skills, exercises strengthen the leg muscles, improve posture, and develop a sense of balance and body awareness in space.

  6. Ankle and wrist weights-develop coordination, deep feeling , and greater motor skills.

  7. Specially selected olfactory stimulithat are an aromatherapy element. The child explores new smells, sometimes also tries. we also apply olfactory memo exercisesthat train children’s memory.
