Art therapy is a way for children to communicate their emotions and needs.

It contains elements of art, music, dance, as well as drama and bibliotherapy. Classes allow you to calm down and clear yourself of negative emotions, so that children can feel inner peace and reduce tension. They also lead to the regulation of emotions and self-expression.

Research shows that engaging in creativity can lead to changes in the behavior, feelings, and thinking of art therapy participants.

Exercises are always accompanied by discussion, discussion and achievement of general conclusions by the participants of the classes.
