WHAT ARE WE DISCUSSING AT THE WORKSHOP?
  1. What is stimulation in a child?
    We explain the phenomenon of stimulation and the difference between overwork and fatigue.
  2. How do I recognize stimulation? – behavior, signals, symptoms
    practical examples: tearfulness, avoiding contact, outbursts of anger, ‘tense body’.
  3. Why do children get scared? – effects of environment, emotions, and sensory development
    A brief introduction to stimulus processing in young children.
  4. High sensitivity, neurotypical nature and temperament – how does this affect the child’s reaction?
    Discussion of individual and ‘stressful’ differences in children.
  5. Everyday life as a source of adjustment-home, kindergarten, screen, noise, relationships
    revealing the pitfalls of everyday life.
  6. How to respond in a situation of overfitting? – special strategies and support
    for specific regulatory methods: space, silence, embrace, presence.
  7. How to prevent stimulation? – rhythm of the day, hygiene incentives, time without screens
    organizational tips for the family.
  8. How to support yourself as a parent of a child?
    Parents ‘ resources-borders, recreation, support, understanding.
